Shipping/Delivery Policy
- Confirmed orders will be dispatched within 5 to 7 working days. Depending on your pin code, delivery will take a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 7 days.
- Please enter your entire address and pin code carefully as we cannot make changes after placing the order. We are not responsible for missing packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
- If there is an issue with your package once it is with the logistics partner, please contact the courier/logistics hub using the tracking ID.
- Once we ship your order, the customer is fully responsible for the package unless there is visible damage during shipment (please refer to our Return & Refund Policy).
- After we hand over your package to logistics, we cannot help with any changes to the product or address.
- If your tracking number shows the package has been delivered but you can't find it or if it's delayed, please call the logistics hub with your tracking ID to track it down.
